UK Based Delta-Simons Adds a New Division

Our United Kingdom associate Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants Environmental Due Diligence team has become its own Division – Environmental Transaction Services (ETS). Given the sustained growth in real estate and corporate M&A work, the continued broadening of their client base both in the UK and globally through Inogen Alliance, and the development of their talented and dedicated team of professionals, they are even more focused on delivery of outstanding customer value and excellence in our environment.

Delta Simons is one of the UK’s leading providers of real estate environmental due diligence. Through the assessment of potential EHS liabilities, they can identify unforeseen costs and maximize asset value for clients, whether acquiring, divesting, merging, refinancing, or managing an asset or portfolio. They have in-house technical experts to advise on a wide range of issues including flood risk, energy management and sustainability, site investigation and environmental planning. Along with the global network of Inogen Alliance which has a  task force working group focused on mergers & acquisitions worldwide to share learnings and strategies across associates. The new division ETS services include real estate due diligence, corporate mergers and acquisition transactions, environmental social governance (ESG), and post transaction support.

The new ETS Division is led by Alan Crossfield, Divisional Director, and Graham Duffield, Unit Director. They will continue to provide trusted advice to our global client base for Real Estate and Corporate M&A Due Diligence transactions, ESG and post-transaction support.
