Associate Delta-Simons Successfully Acquired by Lucion Services

Our UK Associate Delta-Simons announced the completion of a successful acquisition by Lucion Services.  The acquisition will see the combined businesses under the Lucion banner become a leading UK mid-market environmental consultancy incorporating an unrivalled regulatory service team and with global reach through the Inogen Alliance.  Delta-Simons will form the consultancy arm of Lucion and will continue to trade as Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants Ltd.

The enlarged group will have revenues in 2021 of c£50m and over 500 employees, servicing over 1,500 clients across 20 economic sectors including Utilities, Real Estate, Nuclear, Marine, Government, Education, Technology, Planning and Development.  The combined team has a range of specialist skill sets in over 50 environmental consultancy services including hazardous materials, ecology, air and water services, geo-environmental and sustainability among others.

Alex Ferguson will remain as Managing Director of Delta-Simons and joins the Exec board of the Lucion Group.  Alex comments: “Lucion is the perfect home for Delta-Simons at this stage in our evolution.
