EHS&S grows with new appointments in Delta-Simons
Delta-Simons has recently been focusing on growing it’s Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability team with three new appointments.
Charlotte Buffoni joins the growing team as an Associate. Charlotte brings 12 years’ experience in EHS consultancy and has extensive experience in delivering focused operational EHS compliance assurance to the financial, construction and manufacturing sectors.
Charlotte is an IEMA Certified Principal Auditor and has coordinated and led over 300 EHS assessments across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe, Africa and South America.
Charlotte is also an experienced project manager responsible for delivering pragmatic EHS support in both office and manufacturing environments, helping clients achieve regulatory compliance and beyond. Charlotte also brings with her experience in supporting clients with Environmental Permitting including permit applications, variations and surrenders for a variety of industrial sites.
Charlotte’s new role will involve supporting in the continued growth and development of the EHS&S team and managing the delivery of EHS client projects.
Olivia Naylor joins as Senior Consultant, bringing eight years of EHS consultancy experience by previously delivering focused operational EHS compliance assurance and advisory services to the industrial, aviation, renewable energy, waste management and information technology sectors. Olivia has completed four long-term EHS secondments at Stansted Airport, BP, Cisco and Orsted UK.
As an experienced Project Manager, Olivia has been responsible for delivering EHS support in both corporate and industrial environments to help clients achieve regulatory compliance and to further their EHS aspirations. Olivia brings with her an excellent track record in supporting clients with creating, implementing and managing EHS Management Systems.
Olivia will be working alongside the EHS&S team on our hi-tech clients’ accounts.
Ros Harwood joins EHS&S as Graduate, supporting the team across a range of services with particular focus on Wellbeing and Sustainability.
Ros was previously working as a Sustainable Business Services Assistant, supporting clients on EHS, ergonomics, lifecycle assessments and ISO standards.
Ros will be supporting the team with the Wellbeing service offering, including Fitwel and WELL in industrial buildings and offices. Ros will also be utilising her experience in the ergonomic services, and helping with clients DSE assessments and ergonomics programs, whilst supporting our growing sustainability service offering.
