Inogen Alliance Welcomes Two New Board Members
Inogen Alliance is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to our Board of Directors; Rene Sloof from Antea Group Netherlands (replacing Menno Smits) and Nicolas Pycke of Antea Group France (replacing Pascal Voyeau).
The Board of 11 Directors are also the shareholders in the Alliance: four Directors for the Asia Pacific Region, four from Europe, Middle East, and Africa, one from South America, and two from North America. Seven out of the 11 are the Managing Directors of their companies, and the remaining four are senior leaders within their organizations. Women represent 18% of the Board. The Board is governed by a Charter, Anti-Bribery and Ethics, and ESG Policy. Within the Board, the Finance Committee and Governance Committee ensure ethical and consistent operations.
Peylina Chu, who has been Chair of the Board since 2018 says "I am delighted to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors for Inogen Alliance. It’s important to keep fresh and diverse perspectives within the leadership of the Alliance as we look to the future of EHS and ESG to best serve our global clients. Rene Sloof has a background in mechanical engineering, with an engineering & construction specialty. He has 20 years of experience in industrial safety consulting, focusing on emergency response and fire safety. As Project Manager at Antea Group Netherlands he is responsible for industrial safety & fire safety, compliance management, emergency response projects, energy transition and information technology projects. Inogen Alliance will enable Antea Group Netherlands to further expand on low risk & compliance and the big challenge in energy transition that will require a strong and capable international network for global and local support.

Nicolas Pycke is a Project Director at Antea Group France in contaminated land/due diligence with 20 years of experience in the industry, including 8 years in Melbourne, Australia. His role is to provide support to French companies with international projects. This can include environmental phase 1/phase 2 for due diligence but also remediation works. Nick has been working with Inogen Alliance partners since 2017. The Alliance allows Antea Group France to support French clients for international projects. The Associates’ knowledge of the local regulations and best practices, of how to liaise, and what to expect from local authorities is key for successful projects and repeat work.
