Beatrice Bizzaro
Beatrice is a geotechnical geologist at HPC in Italy with a bachelor degree in environmental sciences specialized in territorial, environmental and resource management. She is an accredited Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) consultant, trainer, and auditor with a strong hydrogeological background. Her passion for resource management has come from her 18-years life experience in Africa, where the management of resources such as water and forests is in need of an imminent sustainability commitment. Beatrice has been managing, coordinating, and implementing source vulnerability assessments (SVAs) and water stewardship projects throughout Europe, Asia and Africa for multi-national brands. In her career, Beatrice has specialized in the water resource management field, having addressed a variety of different projects related to the Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Certification, SVAs, water risk assessments, environmental investigation and characterization plans, resilient and responsive plans for water risk mitigation as well as social projects related to WASH and stakeholder engagement. Beatrice is also on the Leadership Team for Inogen Alliance and leads the global Water Working Group.

Mr. C. Rajadurai is working as a senior Manager at Cholamandalam MS Risk Services Ltd, India. He is an environmental engineer with 10+ years of experience in environmental and Sustainability consulting. He is a Specialist level certified Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) professional and approved standard system trainer in India. His area of expertise is in conducting source vulnerability assessment studies, environmental site assessments, environmental impact assessments, Water management studies and Water stewardship studies for various sectors including Food & Beverage (F&B), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceutical, Synthetic Organic Chemicals, Fertilizer, Thermal Power Plants, Desalination Plants and other Engineering Industries. He is also a Quality Council of India (QCI) and National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) accredited EIA Coordinator for Ports & Harbour & Thermal Power Plant and functional area expert in the fields of Land Use & Land Cover (LULC), Hydrogeology (HG) and Remote Sensing & GIS (RS).
Joseph Gui
Mr. Joseph Gui is a seasoned expert with over two decades of experience in optimizing water resources for businesses. As a professional AWS consultant, trainer and/or auditor, Mr. Gui is dedicated to helping enterprises not only conserve water but also enhance their operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. He also has developed good expertise in industrial water saving and wastewater treatment, supply chain sustainability consulting, environmental site assessment, soil and groundwater remediation for more than 200 projects. Besides, Mr. Gui is an exemplary leader whose vision and guidance have been pivotal in driving the industry forward.
Mariarosaria Gagliotti
Mariarosaria is an Environmental Engineer with background and technical experience in environmental certifications, EHS audits and compliance, together with a proven expertise in project management, statistical and risk analysis. As Senior Consultant and Partner at Baden Consulting, she is responsible for the following activities: Consulting services on EHS, ESG Due Diligence, Environmental Engineering and Management, Regulatory Compliance, Hazardous Materials and Chemicals, Waste Management, Reduction and Recycling, Conducting Environmental, Health and Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, and Providing Educations, Seminars, Training courses. She is an Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS) Credentialed Specialist. In 2023 and 2024, as lead consultant, she provided support for the renewal and integration of specific technical documents during the AWS Certification implementation for a client's Neuchâtel facility in Switzerland.
